Taylor Municipal Airport

Taylor Municipal Airport is located on Highway 79 North West of Taylor. The Airport is an important component of economic development for the City of Taylor and the region. The Texas Department of Transportation Aviation Division has classified the airport as a general utility business service airport. Airport rules and regulations are available here.

Airport Advisory Board

The Airport Advisory Board is a 7 member city board that makes recommendations to the City Council regarding the operations of the municipal airport. Their input ensures that the airport meets the needs of the City and the flying community. This Board meets the third Tuesday of each month.

Airport News

Construction work continues on our pavements and new T-Hangars. The latest NOTAMs are listed below and will be in place until June 5th:  

  05/049: TWY C closed
  05/048: Parallel TWY Adjacent to RWY 17/35 Closed North of TWY B
  01/350: TWY A marking not standard.

Back taxiing on the runway will be required.
