City of Taylor employees are eligible to enroll in the City’s benefit plans if employees are a regular, active full time employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Regular full time employees are eligible for benefits on the first day of the month following the employee’s date of hire.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Alliance Work Partners is the City’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offering employees and their household valuable confidential services to help you manage daily responsibilities, major events, work stresses or any issue affecting your quality of life. EAP services include 1 to 6 counseling sessions per problem, per year including assessment, referral and crisis services.
