Annual Comprehensive Financial Reports (ACFRs)

Texas state law requires that all general-purpose local governments publish a complete set of financial statements within six months of the close of each fiscal year, and such statements be presented in conformity with the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and audited in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards by an independent firm of licensed certified public accountants.

This report is published to provide the City Council, city staff, citizens of Taylor, representatives of financial institutions, our bondholders and other interested parties with detailed information concerning the financial condition and activities of the City.
