Taylor Parks & Recreation's annual KidFish will begin on Saturday September 27th at Bull Branch Park. Registration will begin for all ages at 8AM. Registration is FREE for all kids. This year we will have three age groups: Ages 6 & Under, Ages 7-11, & Ages 12-16. Fishing will begin at 9AM and conclude at 11AM. After fish have been measured there will be an award ceremony, and trophies will be given to 1st and 2nd place winners in each age group.
Texas Parks & Wildlife will be joining us this year to educate the next generation of anglers in Texas! Stop by their station to learn about our native fish species, fishing rules and regulations, and more about fishing in the great state of Texas!
We would also like to thank Texas Parks & Wildlife for stocking the pond this past year. The pond at Bull Branch Pond was stocked last November with Channel Catfish in partnership with Texas Parks & Wildlife's Fisheries.
