Lucy began her career in city government in 2001. Prior to coming to Taylor she served the City of Killeen for 19 years with 4 of those years as the City Secretary and most recently as the City Secretary for the City of Lago Vista for 2 years. Lucy received her Texas Registered Municipal Clerk (TRMC) certification through the Texas Municipal Clerks Association located at the University of North Texas in 2019.
